¹⁹According to an independent assessment commissioned by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (Nyberg, 2025), the model used by the Finnish Centre for Pensions to analyse the investment reform produces relatively credible results. The assessment does, however, point out that the model appears to underestimate the probability of extreme investment returns.
